Real Estate Sales Associate
Status: Full Time
At the Duncan Real Estate Group (DREG), our agents are interviewed and assessed based on their Real Estate experience and work history. DREG agents hold the highest standards of business as well as top-notch qualifications.
Potential applicants must have an aggressive and upbeat attitude with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent service to sellers and buyers in assisting each individual with their real estate needs
- Prepares and processes all paperwork involved in real estate transactions
- Participates in front-desk duty on a rotating schedule with other agents
- Actively recruits new clients through prospecting, networking and other marketing efforts
- Maintains professional teamwork environment with other agents and office staff
Desired Characteristics and Skills:
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance.
- Must hold an active real estate license in the state of Missouri
- Candidate should have previous experience with/knowledge of self-marketing
