The Duncan Group, a full-service global real estate company headquartered in greater St. Louis, Missouri, is a real estate investment company that is determined to establish a standard of positive development within every community it operates.  The Company is accomplishing this by building or rebuilding residential and commercial properties that will add to the overall value of the surrounding communities.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Real Estate Investments Division supplies much of the fuel for the company's engine; however, The Duncan Group, LLC is made up of several divisions that work to support investments we secure.  The Duncan Group works and communicates as a team to maximize the delivery of value to each investor. The company utilizes knowledge, experience, information, and technology to provide excellent service and high rates of return to each investor.

The Company's deep financial resources allows support for ongoing investments and capital improvements for portfolio properties; tolerate short-term, temporary fluctuations in the real estate market; and quickly commit with confidence to a transaction.

In November 2006, The Duncan Group launched a captive subsidiary brokerage firm, Duncan Real Estate Group, LLC that will extend the firm into the real estate brokerage business and broaden the activities to conventional home buyer-seller situations.

Consistent with its approach toward corporate-private equity investing, The Duncan Group, LLC is committed to pursuing "strictly friendly" real estate transactions.  The Company's culture emphasizes respect and integrity in dealing with outside parties and reflects a long-term approach to creating and cultivating relationships with operating partners, sellers, and financial partners.

As President and CEO, Aaron Duncan has capitalized on opportunities and followed his passions in building the Duncan Group into a successful and thriving company. The latest result of this success is Duncan's nomination for Inc. Magazine's 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
